HXP-5型耙式吹灰器
HXP-5型耙式吹灰器是一种伸缩式吹灰器，主要用于吹扫电站锅炉烟气脱硝装置（SCR）上，在锅炉的鳍片管省煤器、管式空气预热器等部位和一些小型锅炉的对流管束、以及某些特种锅炉（如余热锅炉）烟温不超过600°C的区段也广泛采用。这些部位由于被吹扫面的特殊结构，使用一般的长伸缩式吹灰器或固定旋转式吹灰器往往由于吹灰方向不合理，达不到理想的吹灰效果。使用耙式吹灰器，其吹灰管针对积灰部位按照所需的方向进行吹灰，起到了其它形式的吹灰器不能达到的吹灰效果。在结构上，它除了吹灰枪管不旋转而且形式不同，并相应增设耙式吹灰枪管支承导向机构外，其余所有部件结构、控制方式及动作原理与HXC-5系列长伸缩式吹灰器完全相同。
