HXG-5型固定旋转式吹灰器

　　HXG-5型固定旋转式吹灰器主要用来吹扫锅炉管道受热面的积灰。

The HXG-5 fixed rotary soot blower is mainly used to clean the accumulated dust on the heating surface of the boiler pipeline.

　　HXG-5型固定旋转式吹灰器边旋转边吹灰，其转动由电动装置提供，吹灰角度由凸轮控制。吹扫圈数由控制箱控制。前端大齿轮上装有切制好的凸轮，大齿轮顺时针方向转动(从后端看)时，凸轮控制启动臂，开启和关闭阀门，为吹灰枪管提供吹灰介质。阀门是吹灰器的主要部件，内设调压盘，可根据吹灰部位的实际要求，调整吹灰枪管喷嘴的出口压力。

The HXG-5 fixed rotary soot blower rotates while blowing, and its rotation is provided by an electric device. The blowing angle is controlled by a cam. The number of blowing cycles is controlled by the control box. The front large gear is equipped with a cut cam. When the large gear rotates clockwise (viewed from the rear), the cam controls the starting arm, opens and closes the valve, and provides blowing medium for the soot blowing gun barrel. The valve is the main component of the soot blower, equipped with a pressure regulating plate, which can adjust the outlet pressure of the soot blower nozzle according to the actual requirements of the soot blowing position.
