HXCK-II型吹灰程控装置是我厂专为中、小型锅炉吹灰设备配套的程控产品。其控制核心元件选用PLC，使吹灰工艺柔性化，能够按照锅炉生产厂家提供的吹灰工艺，协调整个锅炉吹灰系统，对锅炉吹灰系统的所有设备实现模拟、自动、远控、就地操作，并有相应设备运行的状态显示、故障报警、联锁保护等功能，能满足吹灰运行的要求，目前已成熟应用于125MW、200MW、300MW、600MW机组。
HXCK-II type soot blowing program control device is a program control product specially designed for small and medium-sized boiler soot blowing equipment in our factory. The core component of its control is PLC, which makes the soot blowing process flexible. It can coordinate the entire boiler soot blowing system according to the soot blowing process provided by the boiler manufacturer, achieve simulation, automation, remote control, and local operation of all equipment in the boiler soot blowing system, and have corresponding equipment operation status display, fault alarm, interlocking protection, and other functions, which can meet the requirements of soot blowing operation. Currently, it has been mature and applied to 125MW, 200MW, 300MW 600MW unit.
由于PLC的逻辑及运算功能强大、采用EEPROM为用户程序存储单元，其编程及修改都非常方便、灵活。抗干扰能力强，寿命长，易掌握，维修简单。控制柜和动力柜按照GB4208—84一IEC529—76标准制造，适用于露天和非露天布置的各类锅炉。
Due to the powerful logic and calculation functions of PLC and the use of EEPROM as the user program storage unit, its programming and modification are very convenient and flexible. 输入：根据机组大小而定，一般在20-60点之间；
