HXYR-5型空预器吹灰器

　　HXYR-5型吹灰器是以蒸汽或空气作为吹灰介质，专门用于吹扫回转式空气预热器受热面积灰的吹灰器。HXYR-5型吹灰器的吹灰枪管、枪管上的喷嘴口径及布置间距根据不同的空预器和安装要求专门设计。运行时，吹灰枪管只作伸缩运动，而回转式空预器作旋转运动，因此，每个喷嘴的吹灰轨迹是数圈阿基米德螺旋线，几个喷嘴一起，完成对整个空气预热器的吹扫。喷嘴喷出的气流有一定扩散角，喷射覆盖面宽度随喷嘴到空预器扇形板的距离不同而变化。通常，喷嘴距扇形板的距离为200毫米时，覆盖面宽约64毫米，而当距离为300毫米时，覆盖面可达95毫米。
　　HXYR-5 type soot blower is a soot blower that uses steam or air as the blowing medium and is specifically used to blow ash from the heating area of a rotary air preheater. The soot blowing gun barrel, nozzle diameter on the gun barrel, and arrangement spacing of the HXYR-5 soot blower are specially designed according to different air preheaters and installation requirements. During operation, the soot blowing gun barrel only performs telescopic motion, while the rotary air preheater performs rotational motion. Therefore, the soot blowing trajectory of each nozzle is a few turns of Archimedean spiral, and several nozzles work together to complete the blowing of the entire air preheater. The airflow emitted by the nozzle has a certain diffusion angle, and the width of the spray coverage varies with the distance from the nozzle to the fan plate of the air preheater. Usually, when the distance between the nozzle and the fan-shaped plate is 200 millimeters, the coverage surface width is about 64 millimeters, while when the distance is 300 millimeters, the coverage surface can reach 95 millimeters.
