HXGL系列双水路滚筒式冷渣器

　　HXGL系列双水路滚筒式冷渣器是以一般工业用水或软化水为热交换介质，对循环流化床锅炉和沸腾床锅炉的高温炉渣进行干式冷却和输送的专用设备。主要由螺旋叶片、内外套筒、进料与排风装置、进出水装置、传动装置和底座组成。当冷渣器工作时，滚筒由传动装置驱动旋转，锅炉排除的高温炉渣在有冷却水的空心螺旋叶片导向前进，同时另一路冷却水通过滚筒夹层，冷却风也在滚筒内逆向通过，从而使高温炉渣快速冷却，冷却水和冷却风可再利用，从而提高锅炉热效率和保护环境的作用。
　　The HXGL series dual channel drum type slag cooler is a specialized equipment that uses general industrial water or softened water as the heat exchange medium to dry cool and transport high-temperature slag from circulating fluidized bed boilers and fluidized bed boilers. Mainly composed of spiral blades, inner and outer sleeves, feeding and exhaust devices, water inlet and outlet devices, transmission devices, and bases. When the slag cooler is working, the drum is driven by a transmission device to rotate. The high-temperature slag discharged by the boiler is guided forward by a hollow spiral blade with cooling water, while another cooling water passes through the interlayer of the drum, and the cooling air also passes in the opposite direction inside the drum, allowing the high-temperature slag to cool quickly. The cooling water and cooling air can be reused, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler and protecting the environment.
